Once your Buckle.com order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information to the email entered during checkout. You can also choose to receive text updates for your order by entering your phone number!
If you are not able to locate your tracking confirmation email, please follow these directions provided below.
If you placed your order while logged in under a buckle.com account:
- Log into your buckle.com account
- Select 'My Account'
- Select 'Purchases'
- Select ‘View Purchase Details’ on selected order
- Select 'Track Purchase' to view tracking information for that purchase
If you placed your order and completed the process while checking out as a guest:
- Email: guest.services@buckle.com to request tracking information.
- Provide Order information Including:
- Order Number
- Name
- Phone Number
- Shipping Address
- Provide Order information Including:
A Buckle representative will then reach out in regards to updating you on your Buckle shipment and tracking information!
