Returning your buckle.com order online is easy!
- All merchandise must be returned within 60 days of purchase, unworn with price tags attached.
If you placed your order using a buckle.com account:
- Log into your buckle.com account
- Select 'My Account'
- Select 'Make A Return'
- Select the item(s) you would like to return
- Choose your return reason from the drop down box
- Click 'Submit'
- To print your label right away:
- Select 'Print' within the green success message that states "Successfully created return. Click here to print label."
- To print your label at a later time:
- Select 'Return History' from the email you received and select 'Print Label' for the applicable return
- Place your item(s) and pack slip in a secure package
- Attach USPS return label to the package and drop in your mailbox or in any United States Post Office drop box
If you placed your order as a guest:
- Visit buckle.com/guest/returns
- Enter required information.
- An email will be sent to the email address used to place the order containing a link to start your return. **If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folders.
- After clicking the link in the email, select the items you are returning
- Click 'Submit'
- To print your label right away:
- Select 'Print' within the green success message that states "Successfully created return. Click here to print label."
- To print your label at a later time:
- Select 'Return History' from the email you received and select 'Print Label' for the applicable return
- Place your item(s) and pack slip in a secure package
