Returns must be within 90 days from the date of delivery, in original condition with vendor and price tags attached.
Swimwear and Undergarment Return Policy: Garment can only be returned in new condition, not worn or washed, with original tags attached, within 90 days of date of delivery along with a purchase receipt.
- Please follow your system generated email in creating a return for your international order.
- If you are having issues, please contact us at guest.services@buckle.com with a detailed description of all items requested for return and we will send you your RMA paperwork.
- All international orders must be returned via Borderfree with the RMA form. Do not send returns directly to buckle.com. In doing so, you will forfeit all duties, taxes, and shipping/handling fees.
- Refunds on international returns will include duties, taxes and tariffs when they are shipped with your RMA form to Borderfree. Your account will be credited by Borderfree when your return is received at the international hub.
Unfortunately, buckle.com cannot refund your original shipping and handling fees. Any fees for shipping your returned order back to our home office will be subtracted from your refund total. Due to recent US customs policy changes, there will be a surcharge applied to each returned order that has a dutiable value greater than $200 USD.
