If your tracking information indicates that your order was delivered but you have not received your package, please allow up to 3 business days from that initial delivery notification for your package to arrive before contacting Buckle to file a claim with the carrier. This is due to different processes and schedules with the local carrier scans and deliveries so some packages can show as delivered while they are still in transit.
In the meantime, we ask that you also do the following steps:
- Review your Order Confirmation email and ensure the shipping address was entered correctly.
- Double check around your property including mailboxes, side doors, and garages if applicable.
- Check with your neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered to their address.
- Ask your building manager, leasing office manager, front desk, and/or building mailroom if they've seen or received your package.

If it has been 3 business days since your Buckle order was marked as delivered and you still have not received that Buckle merchandise, please reach out at guest.services@buckle.com and provide the follow information:
