What if my Buckle order is going to the incorrect address?
Buckle is unable to change or edit an order once the shipment has been fulfilled for security reasons.
If your Buckle order is going to an incorrect address, we recommend picking up the package at the address that selected and entered in during checkout and reaching out to that resident at that address. If you are unable to receive the packages at that address, please contact your local Police Department to file a police report as that package is under your name. Buckle will cooperate with law enforcement to provide any information needed to file this report. Buckle is not responsible for stolen property.
