Returning your buckle.com order online is easy!
If you placed your order using a buckle.com account:
- Log into your buckle.com account
- Select 'My Account'
- Select 'Returns'
- Select the item(s) you would like to return
- Choose your return reason from the drop down box
- Click 'Continue' to print your return label and pack slip
- You can also choose to have your return label and pack slip sent to your email address to print later
- Place your item(s) and pack slip in a secure package
- Attach USPS return label to the package and drop in your mailbox or in any United States Post Office drop box
If you placed your order on buckle.com using guest checkout:
- Visit buckle.com/guest/returns and enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order.
- You will receive an email with a link to start your return.
- After clicking the link in the email, select the items you are returning.
- Print the pack slip and USPS label, then place items in a secure package.
* Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment on the order.
* A $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.
* Place a new order on buckle.com within 24 hours of initiating your buckle.com return and Buckle will waive the $5 return shipping fee.
* Buckle.com orders can be returned to Buckle store locations.
